TurnKey Pro Studios operates as a premium systems integrator. Because we source from elite global manufacturers, return windows and eligibility vary by brand.

The Default Rule: In the absence of specific terms or policies on a Product Page, this document serves as the definitive default policy governing your purchase.
1. CANCELLATIONS (BEFORE ORDER SHIPS)
We aim to provide flexibility while respecting manufacturing timelines.

Standard Items: You may cancel orders for non-custom items free of charge at any time before they ship. Once a tracking number is generated, the item is considered "shipped" and is subject to Section 5 (Shipping Deductions).

Custom & Made-to-Order: Custom enclosures, screen kits, and integrated tech are put into production specifically for you. These orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production has started. * Procedure: Email sales@turnkeyprostudios.com immediately. If the item has not left the warehouse or entered custom production, we will void the authorization.
2. THE SUPPLIER-FIRST FRAMEWORK (14-DAY WINDOW)
By purchasing, you acknowledge that all returns are subject to the specific constraints of our manufacturing partners:

Deadline: Items must be pre-approved via an RMA and received at our fulfillment center within 14 calendar days of the original delivery date.

RMA Required: No returns will be accepted without a pre-approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
3. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Because of the tight 14-day window, speed is essential:

Notify Us: Email sales@turnkeyprostudios.com as soon as posible.

Documentation: Provide your Order Number and photos of the unopened packaging.

Shipment: We recommend using an expedited, insured carrier. Returns received after the 14th day will be rejected.
4. REFUND & CREDIT PROCESSING TIMELINE
Once your return is received and inspected at the fulfillment hub, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund (minus the 25% restocking fee and original shipping costs) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
5. THE "INSTALLATION" TRIGGER (FINAL SALE)
Simulator components are precision instruments. Once a seal is broken, the status changes from "New" to "Used."

No Returns on Used Gear: Once a component (enclosure, screen, mount, or frame) has been unboxed, assembled, or installed, it is strictly non-returnable.

Condition: All products, packaging, and accessories must be in 100% like-new condition. We will not accept returns that do not include the original factory shipping materials and boxes.
6. DEDUCTION OF SHIPPING COSTS
To protect our ability to offer competitive pricing:

Outbound Costs: In the event of a return, the original cost of shipping is non-refundable. For "Free Shipping" items, your refund will be reduced by the actual shipping cost we paid to deliver the item.

Return Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for 100% of return shipping costs via an insured, professional carrier.
7. WARRANTY POLICY
Manufacturer Warranties Warranties vary depending on the manufacturer. Please review individual product pages for specific warranty details.
Wear-and-Tear Disclaimer Due to the high-impact nature of golf simulation, no warranty is offered on screens, fabrics, enclosures, wall panels, or netting. These are considered "wear items," and their lifespan depends on use, ball condition, and environmental factors.
Damaged Shipments Warranty claims do not cover damage that occurs over time from use. If an item arrives damaged, it must be reported within 14 days of delivery. Damage not reported within this window is not eligible for a claim.
8. ELECTRONICS & SOFTWARE
24-Hour Damage Rule: For Projectors, Launch Monitors, and Computers, shipping damage must be reported with photos within 24 hours.

Software: All digital keys and simulator software are Final Sale once the code has been delivered.

Hardware: Electronics are returnable only if damaged during shipping. All other technical issues must be handled via the manufacturer’s warranty service.
9. RESTOCKING FEES
Authorized returns for non-defective items are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus all associated shipping costs. This covers labor and the technical inspection required to re-integrate precision equipment into our inventory.
10. EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. The original item must be returned (subject to the 25% fee) and a new order must be placed for the correct item.
11. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF PURCHASE TERMS & DISPUTE WAIVER
By completing your purchase, you explicitly acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following:

Fulfillment & Shipping Status: I understand that if my order has left the warehouse, I am unable to receive a full refund. If I return my order once it has shipped, I will be responsible for paying any return shipping fees and restocking fees, which vary by product but are usually around 25%.

Condition & Restocking Fees: I understand that products need to be returned unopened and unused. I acknowledge that an additional restocking fee may occur for any authorized return.

Inspection & Damage: I understand I am to inspect the package upon delivery, and notate and take pictures if there is any damage and provide it to TurnKey Pro Studios within 24 hours of the product being delivered.

Refunds & Exchanges: I understand that I am responsible for the cost of return shipping and the cost of a new product shipping in the case of a refund or exchange.

Shipping Estimates: I understand that shipping date estimates outlined on product pages are estimates only and may change due to factors completely outside the control of TurnKey Pro Studios.

Dispute & Chargeback Waiver: I understand and agree that I will not cancel my order or file a chargeback/dispute for an order delay or because an estimated delivery time turned out to be incorrect due to factors outside the control of TurnKey Pro Studios (such as manufacturing and logistical constraints of partner companies).
