SHIPPING & LOGISTICS POLICY

TurnKey Pro Studios operates as a premium systems integrator. Logistics requirements, lead times, and carrier methods vary by component and manufacturer.

  • The Priority Rule: Specific shipping rules, fees, or lead times located on individual Product Description Pages take absolute precedence over these general terms.

  • The Default Rule: In the absence of specific logistical terms on a Product Page, this document serves as the definitive default policy governing the shipping and delivery of your order.

Note: A Direct Adult Signature is required for all high-value items (Enclosures, Launch Monitors, Computers, and Full Systems) to ensure your investment is delivered safely into your hands.

2. ORDER LIFECYCLE: FROM CLICK TO SHIP

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an immediate confirmation email upon ordering. This pre-authorizes your card but does not charge it yet.

  • Stock Verification: We immediately verify availability with our hubs. If an item is on backorder, we will void the authorization and notify you.

  • Payment Processing: We only process your payment once the item is confirmed for shipment (typically within 3–5 business days).

  • Tracking: Tracking info will be sent within 24 hours of the product leaving the warehouse. If you do not have tracking after 6 business days, contact sales@turnkeyprostudios.com.

3. THE INTEGRATION MODEL (MULTI-HUB)

  • Split Shipments: Because we source the most advanced tech and frames from specialized facilities, components of a bundle (e.g., the launch monitor and the steel frame) often ship from different hubs and may arrive in separate boxes on different days.

  • Carriers: We utilize premium ground carriers, primarily FedEx and UPS, for all deliveries.

4. PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES & HANDLING

  • Handling Time: Most orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days.

  • Transit Time: Standard transit takes 3–10 business days depending on the product type (see Section 1) and your location.

  • Disclaimer: All lead times are estimates. TurnKey Pro Studios is not liable for delays caused by manufacturer backorders or carrier logistics once the product has left our fulfillment hubs.

5. SHIPPING FEES & THE $1,000 THRESHOLD

  • Free Shipping Eligibility: Most enclosures, screens, and bundles qualify for Free Shipping. Hitting Mats and Safety Nets qualify for Free Shipping when the total cart value exceeds $1,000.00 USD.

  • Fixed-Fee Exclusions: Due to extreme weight and specialized packaging, Metal Pole Kits and Heavy-Duty Projector Mounts carry a flat fee of $120.00 regardless of order total.

  • Custom Flooring: Fees for turf rolls and stance mats are calculated dynamically at checkout to provide the most accurate insured rate.

6. DELIVERY LOGISTICS & GEOGRAPHY

  • Standard Delivery: Packages will be delivered to your door or designated delivery area via standard FedEx/UPS protocol.

  • Geography: We ship to the Lower 48 Continental United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

7. INSPECTION & DAMAGE PROTOCOL (MANDATORY)

Every shipment is fully insured. Because we utilize premium ground carriers, the window for reporting damage is extremely short.

  • Visible Damage Upon Delivery: If the packaging arrives significantly damaged (crushed, open, or ripped), you have the right to Refuse the Delivery. Tell the driver: "Refusing due to damage."

  • The 24-Hour Rule: Any "Concealed Damage" (product is broken but the box looked okay) must be reported to sales@turnkeyprostudios.com within 24 hours.

  • Documentation Required: To file an insurance claim, we require photos of the exterior box damage, the shipping label, and the damaged product inside.

8. PRODUCT PAGE PRECEDENCE

TurnKey Pro Studios operates as a premium systems integrator. Specific lead times or delivery methods listed on an individual Product Description Page take absolute precedence over these general terms. In the absence of such specific terms, these general terms serve as the definitive default for your order.

9. SHIPPING ACKNOWLEDGEMENT & DISPUTE WAIVER

By completing your purchase with TurnKey Pro Studios, you explicitly acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following:

  • Inspection Duty: I understand I am to inspect all packages upon delivery, and notate and take pictures if there is any damage and provide it to TurnKey Pro Studios within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Estimate Acceptance: I understand that shipping date estimates outlined on product pages are estimates and may change due to factors completely outside the control of TurnKey Pro Studios.

  • Dispute & Chargeback Waiver: I understand and agree that I will not cancel my order or file a chargeback for an order delay or because an estimated delivery time turned out to be incorrect due to manufacturer or logistical constraints.

  • Multi-Shipment Logic: I understand that as a systems integrator, TurnKey Pro Studios may ship my order in multiple boxes from different hubs, and these may arrive on different days.

  • Liability Transition: I acknowledge that TurnKey Pro Studios is not liable for carrier delays once the product has left the fulfillment hub, and I will not hold the company responsible for third-party logistical performance.
