OVERVIEW

This website is operated by TurnKey Pro Studios. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to TurnKey Pro Studios. By visiting our site and/or purchasing TurnKey Pro Studio products, packages (bundles), or a Custom Build System, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including our Refund & Return Policy.

SECTION 1 - THE SYSTEMS INTEGRATION MODEL

TurnKey Pro Studios is a retailer and systems integrator.

  • Multi-Partner Sourcing: You acknowledge that components are sourced from multiple prestige manufacturers.

  • Facilitation: While we provide technical guidance, the final performance and hardware warranties are the responsibility of the original manufacturers.

  • Modifications: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product, kit, or service without notice. Prices are subject to change without notice based on supplier fluctuations.

SECTION 2 - PRODUCT PAGE PRECEDENCE (REFUNDS & RETURNS)

TurnKey Pro Studios integrates products from various global brands. Because each manufacturer has unique constraints:

  • Brand Specificity: Return windows, restocking fees, and shipping policies vary significantly between product types (e.g., custom-cut fabrics vs. electronics).

  • Mandatory Review: You are required to review the "Shipping & Returns" tab on the specific Product Description page for every item in your order.

  • Legal Priority: In any conflict between these General Terms and the specific terms listed on a Product Description page, the Product Page terms shall take absolute precedence.

SECTION 3 - SITE READINESS & ROOM DIMENSIONS

  • Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure their designated space has adequate ceiling height, width, and depth for a safe golf swing.

  • Fitment: TurnKey Pro Studios provides dimensions for all enclosures; however, we are not liable for property damage or the inability to use the system due to inadequate room dimensions, structural obstructions, or electrical requirements.

SECTION 4 - ACCURACY & TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

SECTION 5 - PRODUCT DISPLAY & USAGE LIMITATIONS

  • Visual Accuracy: We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of colors and textures will be 100% accurate.

  • Residential vs. Commercial: Unless explicitly labeled as "Commercial Grade," our systems are designed for residential use. Use of residential-grade components in a high-traffic commercial setting voids all return privileges and manufacturing defect claims.

SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING & HIGH-TICKET VERIFICATION

  • Order Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse any order or limit quantities per person/household.

  • ID Verification: For orders exceeding $5,000 USD, we require government-issued identification to verify the shipping/billing address.

  • Payment Clearing: Systems will not move to the shipping or production phase until funds have cleared in full.

SECTION 7 - SHIPPING, THE "BOL" RULE & REPORTING WINDOWS

  • The BOL Rule: Per freight industry standards, visible damage to crates or boxes must be noted on the driver’s Bill of Lading (BOL) at the time of delivery.

  • The Universal 24-Hour Reporting Window: Because our shipments are fully insured through our manufacturing partners, all shipping damage (including electronics, frames, nets, and screens) must be reported with photo evidence within 24 hours of delivery. > * Late Claims: Any damage reported after the 24-hour window may be denied by the carrier's insurance. In such cases, TurnKey Pro Studios cannot guarantee a free replacement or refund.

  • Product Page Precedence: Always check the specific product page for any brand-specific variations to this window.

SECTION 8 - ASSEMBLY SAFETY & PHYSICAL RISK

  • Assembly Safety: Enclosure assembly involves heavy poles and high-tension fabrics. It is strongly recommended that two adults perform the installation. TurnKey Pro Studios is not liable for injuries sustained during assembly, disassembly, or relocation.

  • High-Velocity Risk: The use of high-velocity sports equipment (golf balls/clubs) carries inherent risk. TurnKey Pro Studios shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or claim arising from the use of our systems. Use is at the user's sole risk.

  • Property Damage: We are not liable for structural or cosmetic damage to your property resulting from the use of the system.

SECTION 9 - LEAD TIMES & DELAYS

Any lead times or shipping dates provided are estimates only. TurnKey Pro Studios is not liable for delays caused by manufacturer backorders, carrier issues, or global supply chain disruptions. We are not liable for lost income or "consequential damages" due to delayed shipments.

SECTION 10 - SCOPE OF TECHNICAL SUPPORT

We provide "First-Tier" assembly assistance. Technical troubleshooting for 3rd-party software (e.g., GSPro, E6) or hardware internal failures must be handled by the original manufacturer's technical team. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for abusive communication; such behavior results in the immediate termination of support.

SECTION 11 - NO CHARGEBACK AGREEMENT

By purchasing, you agree that you will not initiate a credit card chargeback while a return or warranty claim is in process. Fraudulent or premature chargebacks will be defended using this agreement and may lead to the suspension of support and software licenses.

SECTION 12 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of our headquarters: 1316 W 11th St Suite 4, Sioux Falls, SD.
