1. How do I know which screen size is right for my space?

The most important rule in golf simulators is the "Bungee Gap." * For Enclosures: To get a perfectly flat, professional look, you need roughly 3 to 5 inches of space on all sides of your frame for the bungee cords.

• The Math: If your frame opening is 10' wide, you should order a screen that is approximately 9'6" wide. This allows the screen to "float" and provides the tension needed for a crisp image and safe bounce-back.

2. Should I choose a 4:3 or a 16:9 ratio?

This depends on your ceiling height and your projector:

• 4:3 Ratio (Standard): Most common for garages. It’s taller and "squarer," which is ideal if you have a 9ft or 10ft ceiling but want a large hitting surface.
• 16:9 Ratio (Widescreen): Perfect for dedicated theater rooms or wide commercial lounges. This is the "Movie Theater" look.
• Pro Tip: If you are space-constrained, go with the 4:3. It fills the vertical space of a garage much better.

3. Is the Stealth-Quiet™ screen really that much quieter?

Yes. Standard single-layer screens act like a drum skin—when the ball hits, the air trapped behind the screen creates a loud "crack" that echoes. Our Triple-Layer HD Screen uses a high-density acoustic core that "catches" the ball and muffles the vibration. It turns a sharp crack into a soft thud, making it the #1 choice for home use with nearby bedrooms or commercial bars with music.

4. Can I use this screen with a retractable system?

Absolutely. However, because our Stealth-Quiet™ material is professional-grade and multi-layered, it is heavier than cheap, thin screens.

• Retractable Tip: Ensure your motor or manual roller is rated for "Heavy Duty" fabric. The weight is what gives it the premium, flat look, but it requires a sturdy rolling mechanism.

5. How do I get the wrinkles out after unboxing?

Because we ship our screens folded for safety, you may see temporary fold lines.

• The Fix: Once the screen is tensioned on your frame with bungees, most wrinkles will disappear within 24-48 hours. For a "Day One" perfect look, you can use a hand steamer on the back of the screen. Do not iron.

6. Will I see "ghosting" or marks from the ball?

Unlike standard screens that "stretch out" and leave permanent indentations, our multi-ply fabric is engineered with memory-resistance. As long as you keep your golf balls clean and free of scuffs/marker pen, the screen will maintain a smooth, high-definition surface for thousands of rounds.

7. I’m on a budget, is the Triple-Layer worth the extra cost?

Think of the screen as the Engine of your simulator. You can have a $5,000 projector, but if the screen is thin and wrinkled, the image will look terrible. If you value silence, image clarity, and safety (reducing ball bounce-back), the Triple-Layer is the best investment you can make in your studio. It lasts 3x longer than standard screens, saving you money in the long run. • This is a standalone high-performance impact surface. For the best tension and image quality, we recommend 3 to 6 inches of clearance on all sides of your frame. Custom sizes are available for unique hotel or lounge dimensions.

Return Policy for Enclosures, Screens, and Accessories

Returns of golf simulator products and accessories manufactured by TurnKey Pro Studios (including Guardian, Wedge, and InstaBay series) must be pre-approved, and the items must be received by our fulfillment center within 14 days of delivery to you. Please contact us for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before returning any item.

Our Guarantee: We guarantee that we will deliver what we promise, and we will always accept responsibility for production or manufacturing errors. However, due to the wide variety of installation methods, physical environments, and skill levels of our many customers, we cannot offer a warranty on our golf simulator screens, fabrics, bays, wall panels, nets, and systems. Most of our customers enjoy our products for many years, and we expect that you will too!

Condition of Returns: All returned items must include the original factory shipping materials, boxes, and accessories. All products, packaging, and accessories must be in 100% like-new condition, including the original packaging, or we will not accept the return.

Restocking & Shipping Fees: We charge a 25% restocking fee on all returned items and we do not refund the cost of shipping the items to you. This includes products listed with "Free Shipping": we will reduce all refunds by the actual cost of our outbound shipping. There are no exceptions to this policy.

We only accept returns of electronic items that are damaged during shipping. There are no exceptions to this policy.

We fully insure every shipment for your protection and will accept returns on electronics that are damaged during shipping. All such damages must be documented with photographic evidence provided by you and must be requested within 24 hours of the delivery date. You are encouraged to reject any deliveries that show evidence of obvious damage (torn or badly dented boxes, for instance).

All of our electronic products; including but not limited to Launch Monitors, Projectors, Computer Systems, and Cameras; are factory new and shipped in their original factory boxes. These items are fully covered by their respective manufacturer's warranty and return policies. In the extremely rare event that a problem arises with one of these products after you have accepted the delivery, we will assist you with receiving warranty service directly from the original manufacturers.
