Motorized Drop-Down Golf Simulator Enclosure – Space-Saver Retractable Ceiling System for Garages & Multi-Use Spaces
The Remote Control Motorized Drop-Down Golf Simulator Enclosure is the ultimate space saver and the best, easiest-to-install retractable system on the market today. Engineered specifically for garages, basements, and multi-use rooms, it delivers a full-scale practice bay with complete ball containment and impact protection without the headache of complex framing. Powered by a heavy-duty motorized multi-shaft ceiling lift operated by a handheld remote, this system eliminates the permanent footprint of bulky stationary enclosures—allowing you to deploy a studio-grade hitting bay at the push of a button and roll it completely out of the way in seconds whenever you need your floor or parking space back.

-
Garage Owners Who Need Parking Space: Practice on demand, then retract the entire enclosure to the ceiling to park your cars.
-
Multi-Use Living Spaces: Ideal for basements, living areas, or home gyms where a bulky permanent frame would get in the way.
-
Golfers Needing Real Shank Protection: Unlike flat roll-up screens, the drop-down side walls safely contain wild slices, hooks, and ricochets.
-
Home Theater Enthusiasts: The impact screen doubles as a crystal-clear projection surface for movies, gaming, and sports.
-
Hassle-Free DIY Builders: Mounts directly to your ceiling joists with no floor frames, pipe cutting, or permanent room modifications needed.
Key Features
-
Push-Button Motorized Lift: Effortlessly lower and retract the entire enclosure using the included handheld remote control. The motor features programmable custom stop points, allowing you to set the screen to descend to the exact drop height needed for your room.
-
Integrated Side Ball Containment: Drop-down side blackout walls absorb offline strikes and contain errant shanks, keeping garage walls, storage, and windows protected.
-
2-in-1 High-Impact Projection Screen: Heavy-duty, low-noise impact fabric absorbs real golf ball strikes while doubling as a crisp, ultra-smooth projection surface.
-
Heavy-Duty Multi-Shaft Architecture: Built with high-strength ceiling shafts mounted via reinforced iron plates, brackets, and heavy-duty screws for lasting structural stability.
-
Tool-Free Velcro Attachment: The main impact screen and side blackout curtains secure to the roller shafts via industrial-grade Velcro for easy setup and drum-tight fabric tension.
-
Weighted Anti-Bounce Base: Includes four bottom weighting bars and rubber end caps to keep the screen hanging straight, eliminate flutter, and stop low-driven balls at the floor.
