- 30-Day Return Window: New, unopened, and unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

- Eligible Conditions: Returns, exchanges, or refunds may be approved for incorrect items shipped, damage upon receipt, manufacturer defects, or product recalls.
Restocking Fees & Exclusions
- Change of Mind: Returns due to a change of mind will incur a 15% restocking fee.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
- Condition Restrictions: Returned items showing signs of misuse, damage, or missing components may incur additional restocking fees or be rejected.
- Non-Eligible Damage: Refunds, replacements, or repairs will not be provided for normal wear and tear, or damage caused by improper installation or misuse.

- Prior Approval Required: All returns must be pre-approved. Items sent back without authorization will be returned at the customer's expense.
- Return Window After Approval: Once a return is approved, the item must be shipped back to the designated return location within 14 days.

1-Year Limited Warranty Policy
1. Warranty Coverage Overview
- Coverage Period: All new hardware, launch monitors, and accessories are covered against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months (1 year) from the date of delivery.
- Eligibility: This warranty applies strictly to original purchasers who bought directly or through an authorized dealer. Warranty rights are non-transferable.
- Start Date: If valid proof of purchase is unavailable, the manufacturer's recorded production date will serve as the start of the warranty period.
2. How to Submit a Warranty Claim
If you experience any technical issues during the 1-year warranty period, please follow these steps to file a claim:
- Contact Support: Email sales@turnkeyprostudios.com with a description of the issue.
- Provide Required Documents: Include your receipt/invoice clearly showing the purchase date and the product serial number.
- Package the Unit: To receive warranty service, the item must be shipped in its original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging to prevent transit damage).
3. What is Not Covered (Warranty Exclusions)
The warranty does not cover defects, failures, or damage resulting from:
- Unauthorized Sellers: Products purchased from unauthorized dealers or unofficial partners.
- Misuse & Improper Storage: Wear and tear, drop damage, or improper handling/storage.
- Serial Number Tampering: Products with modified, defaced, or removed serial numbers.
- Unauthorized Modifications: Self-repairs, aftermarket alterations, or improper power connections.
- Software & Hardware Interference: OS modifications, viruses, malware, or network/workstation incompatibility issues.
- External Events: Damage caused by accidents, natural disasters, or failure to follow instruction manuals.
4. Important Note on Invalid Claims
- Return Shipping: If a returned item is inspected and the warranty claim is deemed invalid (due to excluded damage or non-defect), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Abandonment Policy: Unpaid shipping fees for invalid claims must be resolved within 90 days, after which the item will be considered abandoned.
