How difficult is the assembly?

Not difficult at all. We designed the Insta Bay™ for the "weekend warrior." If you can follow a basic guide, you can have this up in about 2 hours. No specialized contractors or advanced power tools required.

Do I need to buy the poles separately?

To save you hundreds of dollars in shipping fees, we do not bundle the 1" EMT frame poles by default. You can pick these up at any local hardware store (like Home Depot or Lowe's) for a fraction of the cost. However, if you want a "one-box" experience, we do offer a pre-cut pole kit as an add-on!

What makes this "Total Blackout" design better than other kits?

Most DIY kits leave gaps between the screen and the frame, exposing bungees and poles. The Insta Bay™ uses a proprietary one-piece Eclipse™ wrapper and specialized trim sleeves to create a seamless, 100% blackout environment. No light leaks, no visible hardware; just total immersion.

Is the screen loud when hit?

Not with the Stealth-Quiet™ HD screen. Unlike single-layer screens that "pop" or "snap," our 3-layer foam-core fabric is engineered to absorb the energy of the ball, resulting in a whisper-quiet thud and virtually zero bounce-back.

I’m renting/have vaulted ceilings. Can I still mount a projector?

Absolutely. That’s why we created the Rail-Glide™ Integrated Mount. It attaches directly to the enclosure frame, meaning zero holes in your ceiling and no complex "throw distance" math. If you move the bay, the projector moves with it.

Is this durable enough for a commercial business?

Yes. While it's easy enough for a home garage, the materials; from the industrial corner connectors to the high-tenacity Eclipse™ black fabric - are professional grade and built to handle the high-volume traffic of a commercial training facility.

Can I get a custom size?

Definitely. If our standard sizes don't fit your space, we can customize the Insta Bay™ to your exact specifications. Just reach out to our team with your room dimensions.

Return Policy for Enclosures, Screens, and Accessories

Returns of golf simulator products and accessories manufactured by TurnKey Pro Studios (including Guardian, Wedge, and InstaBay series) must be pre-approved, and the items must be received by our fulfillment center within 14 days of delivery to you. Please contact us for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before returning any item.

Our Guarantee: We guarantee that we will deliver what we promise, and we will always accept responsibility for production or manufacturing errors. However, due to the wide variety of installation methods, physical environments, and skill levels of our many customers, we cannot offer a warranty on our golf simulator screens, fabrics, bays, wall panels, nets, and systems. Most of our customers enjoy our products for many years, and we expect that you will too!

Condition of Returns: All returned items must include the original factory shipping materials, boxes, and accessories. All products, packaging, and accessories must be in 100% like-new condition, including the original packaging, or we will not accept the return.

Restocking & Shipping Fees: We charge a 25% restocking fee on all returned items and we do not refund the cost of shipping the items to you. This includes products listed with "Free Shipping": we will reduce all refunds by the actual cost of our outbound shipping. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Return Policy for Electronic Products

We only accept returns of electronic items that are damaged during shipping. There are no exceptions to this policy.

We fully insure every shipment for your protection and will accept returns on electronics that are damaged during shipping. All such damages must be documented with photographic evidence provided by you and must be requested within 24 hours of the delivery date. You are encouraged to reject any deliveries that show evidence of obvious damage (torn or badly dented boxes, for instance).

All of our electronic products; including but not limited to Launch Monitors, Projectors, Computer Systems, and Cameras; are factory new and shipped in their original factory boxes. These items are fully covered by their respective manufacturer's warranty and return policies. In the extremely rare event that a problem arises with one of these products after you have accepted the delivery, we will assist you with receiving warranty service directly from the original manufacturers.

Return Policy for Golf Simulation Software

Returns are not accepted for any Golf Simulation software product, including but not limited to Game Improvement Plans, The Golf Club Software, and Creative Golf 3D Software. There are no exceptions.
