Replacements & Damaged on Arrival (DOA)
Turnkey Pro Studios Clubhouse™ Interlocking Carpet Tiles are only eligible for replacement if damaged during transit or found to be defective upon arrival.

- If found defective: Defective items must be photographed and emailed to us within 14 days of receiving the product. Due to logistical constraints, we cannot make exceptions to this 14-day policy.
