No, a computer is not included in this package. A dedicated Windows-based gaming PC is required to run the included FSX Play and FSX 2020 simulation software.

Because this package features the high-performance BenQ 4K Laser Projector, we recommend a PC with a strong graphics card to fully utilize crisp 4K graphics.

Ball Markings: No.

The Foresight Falcon's high-speed quadrascopic camera system reads any standard golf ball—no special marked balls, dots, or prep required. Just place any ball in the hitting zone and swing.

Club Stickers: Yes (for club data).

While all ball metrics are captured automatically, reflective fiducial stickers are required on your clubface to measure detailed club data. You can use a single sticker for basic club speed and path, or four stickers for full Tour-level metrics like face angle, closure rate, and exact impact location.

Warranty Coverage

• Manufacturing Guarantee: Delivery is guaranteed as promised, covering all initial production or manufacturing errors.
• Wear & Usage Note: Due to varying physical environments, installation methods, and customer usage levels, extended warranties are not offered on golf simulator screens, fabrics, bays, wall panels, nets, or enclosure systems.

Standard Product Returns

• Pre-Approval Required: Contact customer support for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to returning any item. Returns must be received within 14 days of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be in 100% like-new condition with all original factory packaging, boxes, and accessories, or the return will be rejected.
• Deductions & Fees:25% Restocking Fee applies to all returned standard items.Shipping Costs: Non-refundable (actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted, including orders originally sent under free-shipping promotions).Processing Fees: Credit card processing fees (~3.5%) are non-refundable.

Cancellations & Custom Orders

• Unshipped Standard Orders: Cancellations made before shipping incur a 10% restocking fee plus non-refundable credit card fees (~3.5%). Outbound shipping fees will be fully refunded.
• Custom Enclosures & Orders: No returns or cancellations. Once a customized product enters production, it cannot be canceled, altered, or returned under any circumstances.

Order Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Within 24 Hours: Orders canceled within 24 hours of placement receive a 100% full refund at no charge.
• After 24 Hours: No cash or credit card refunds are granted for cancellations requested after 24 hours. A $250 cancellation fee will be deducted from your purchase price, and the remaining balance will be issued as store credit for future purchases.

Order Policy & Price Protection

• Non-Cancelable & Final Sale: Once accepted, BenQ projector orders are non-cancelable and non-refundable.
• No Price Protection: Prices are subject to change without notice; no price adjustments, credits, or partial refunds will be granted if pricing changes post-purchase.

Shipping & Risk of Loss

• U.S. Shipping Only: Delivery is restricted to physical street addresses within the Continental U.S. (no PO Boxes or international export allowed).
• Transfer of Risk: Risk of loss and title transfer upon carrier dispatch from the warehouse. Transit damage is the responsibility of the shipping carrier and is not classified as a manufacturer defect or Dead on Arrival (DOA).

Defective & Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) Procedures

• Reporting Window: Initial defects or DOA units must be reported within 30 to 60 calendar days of invoice date to receive an RMA number.
• Return Conditions: Items must be returned in their original factory packaging with all included accessories. Missing components will be billed at full MSRP.
