How do I know if the MegaStudio Bay will fit my room?
The MegaStudio Bay is designed for wall-to-wall integration. Standard configurations start at 12' wide and can be customized up to 20' wide. Because the screen is recessed, the frame can sit flush against your back wall, meaning you only need enough depth for your swing and the enclosure itself (minimum 5' depth recommended).
Why are the structural frame poles sold separately?
To provide the most cost-effective solution for our clients, we do not bundle the standard 1" EMT poles. Shipping 10'–12' metal pipes is extremely expensive due to freight surcharges. You can purchase these locally at any hardware store (like Home Depot or Lowe's) for a fraction of the cost, or add a pre-cut Structural Pole Kit to your order if you prefer a one-click solution.
Is this enclosure safe for high ball speeds?
Yes. The MegaStudio Bay is a "Tour-Validated" commercial enclosure. It features a triple-layer safety system:
- Safety Valance: Blocks the top frame from direct strikes.
- Baffle Netting: Positioned behind the screen to deaden the ball's energy.
- Angled Side Netting: Ensures shots are contained within the bay, even on off-center hits.
Can the MegaStudio Bay handle 4K projection?
Absolutely. We include a Professional Impact Screen specifically woven for high-fidelity projection. The fabric is designed to minimize "texture noise," ensuring that the 4K output from your high-end projector looks crisp, bright, and realistic.
What is a "Floating Viewport"?
The Floating Viewport is a design feature where the impact screen is centered inside the blackout wrap, surrounded by side shades. This creates a theater-like "letterbox" effect that hides the frame and bungees, allowing the golfer to focus entirely on the virtual fairway.
How difficult is the installation?
While the MegaStudio Bay is a commercial-grade system, it is designed for straightforward assembly. Every order includes a comprehensive digital setup guide. For clients in the Upper Midwest, we also offer remote support where our team guides you in the build, calibration, and tech integration from start to finish.
Does it require an unsightly gap between the bay and the wall?
No. Unlike standard enclosures that require 12”–18” of space behind the screen to prevent the ball from hitting the wall, the MegaStudio Bay’s screen is offset internally. This allows the back of the enclosure to be pushed directly against your wall, saving you over a foot of floor space.

Return Policy for Enclosures, Screens, and Accessories
Returns of golf simulator products and accessories manufactured by TurnKey Pro Studios (including Guardian, Wedge, and InstaBay series) must be pre-approved, and the items must be received by our fulfillment center within 14 days of delivery to you. Please contact us for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before returning any item.
Our Guarantee: We guarantee that we will deliver what we promise, and we will always accept responsibility for production or manufacturing errors. However, due to the wide variety of installation methods, physical environments, and skill levels of our many customers, we cannot offer a warranty on our golf simulator screens, fabrics, bays, wall panels, nets, and systems. Most of our customers enjoy our products for many years, and we expect that you will too!
Condition of Returns: All returned items must include the original factory shipping materials, boxes, and accessories. All products, packaging, and accessories must be in 100% like-new condition, including the original packaging, or we will not accept the return.
Restocking & Shipping Fees: We charge a 25% restocking fee on all returned items and we do not refund the cost of shipping the items to you. This includes products listed with "Free Shipping": we will reduce all refunds by the actual cost of our outbound shipping. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Return Policy for Electronic Products
We only accept returns of electronic items that are damaged during shipping. There are no exceptions to this policy.
We fully insure every shipment for your protection and will accept returns on electronics that are damaged during shipping. All such damages must be documented with photographic evidence provided by you and must be requested within 24 hours of the delivery date. You are encouraged to reject any deliveries that show evidence of obvious damage (torn or badly dented boxes, for instance).
All of our electronic products; including but not limited to Launch Monitors, Projectors, Computer Systems, and Cameras; are factory new and shipped in their original factory boxes. These items are fully covered by their respective manufacturer's warranty and return policies. In the extremely rare event that a problem arises with one of these products after you have accepted the delivery, we will assist you with receiving warranty service directly from the original manufacturers.
