What Happens After You Place Your Order:

Order Confirmation: Immediately after checkout, you will receive an automated email confirming your order details and purchase summary.

Shipping & Tracking: As soon as your order is packaged and leaves our facility, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number and carrier details (typically shipped via FedEx or UPS).

Delivery & Carrier Guidelines:

No PO Boxes: Due to the size and weight of simulator hardware, we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Tracking & Redelivery: Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates once sent. Any additional fees resulting from missed delivery attempts or redelivery arrangements are the responsibility of the customer.

U.S. Customs & Cross-Border Shipping:

To clear U.S. Customs smoothly without border delays, U.S. orders may require tax identification info (such as an SSN, EIN, Tax ID, or ITIN) for customs paperwork. Any sensitive info collected for border clearance is destroyed upon confirmed delivery.

Delivery Assistance & Lost Packages:

If you experience delivery issues or a package is declared lost by the carrier, our team will coordinate with the courier or arrange a replacement shipment.

At Turnkey Pro Studios, we are committed to delivering premium, high-performance golf simulator setups and equipment. Because we work directly with top-tier manufacturers and custom hardware, our warranty, return, and refund policies are structured to protect your investment while aligning with industry manufacturing standards.

1. Manufacturer Warranty Coverage

All hardware sold by Turnkey Pro Studios comes backed by full manufacturer warranties:

• Retractable Enclosures & Screens: Backed by manufacturer coverage (e.g., The SportScreen 2-Year limited warranty) covering defects in materials and workmanship.
• Launch Monitors & Electronics: Covered under official manufacturer warranties (e.g., Foresight Sports hardware warranties).
• Warranty Claims: Turnkey Pro Studios will gladly assist active clients in facilitating warranty claims directly with the primary manufacturer to ensure swift replacement of defective parts.

2. Order Cancellations

• Standard Hardware & Unshipped Orders: Orders canceled prior to shipment are subject to a 5% administrative processing fee to cover non-refundable credit card processing fees.
• Custom & Built-to-Order Systems: Orders for custom-sized retractable enclosures, custom impact screens, or personalized simulator packages cannot be canceled once production or custom fabrication has begun.
• Orders in Transit: Orders that have already shipped or are currently in transit cannot be canceled or refunded until the package is delivered to the customer or returned to the origin facility.

3. Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns on eligible, unused products within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Items must be 100% unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all parts, hardware, accessories, and manuals included.
• Products showing signs of installation, wear, or golf ball impact cannot be returned.
• Pre-authorization is required for all returns. Unsolicited returns will be rejected.

Restocking Fees & Return Shipping:

• Restocking Fee: Approved returns of standard, unused merchandise are subject to a 35% restocking fee based on the item's purchase value.
• Return Freight & Customs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, freight charges, brokerage fees, tariffs, and applicable taxes.
• Original Shipping Costs: All original outbound shipping charges, delivery fees, and custom freight costs are non-refundable.

4. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

To maintain strict quality control and comply with manufacturer protocols, the following items are Final Sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

• Opened or Registered Launch Monitors: Electronic hardware (including Foresight Sports GC3, GCQuad, QuadMAX, Falcon, etc.) cannot be returned once opened, registered, or unsealed due to software licensing and manufacturer policy.
• Custom Enclosures & DIY Kits: Any custom-dimensioned SportScreen systems, depth-upgrade kits, or custom-cut impact screens.
• Used Equipment & Flooring: Any turf, hitting mats, impact screens, or enclosures that have been hit into, unrolled, or installed.
• Improper Installation or Misuse: Products damaged due to improper DIY mounting, incorrect electrical wiring, or customer misuse.
• Gift Cards & Clearance Items.

5. Measurement & Room Fitment Disclaimer

It is the buyer's responsibility to verify room dimensions, ceiling clearance, wall clearance, and power requirements prior to placing an order.

Turnkey Pro Studios is not responsible for incorrectly sized units due to improper measurement by the customer. Any return requests due to fitment issues are treated as standard returns and subject to the 35% restocking fee plus return freight costs. If you are unsure about your room dimensions, please contact our design team prior to ordering.

6. Shipping Damages, Defects & Missing Parts

Please inspect your shipment thoroughly upon arrival.

• Immediate Inspection Required: You must report any transit damage, factory defects, or missing components within 48 hours of delivery.
• Filing a Claim: Contact us at sales@turnkeyprostudios.com with photos of the damaged packaging, the product, and your order number.
• Replacement Process: If an item is declared damaged or defective upon arrival, Turnkey Pro Studios will coordinate with the manufacturer to send replacement parts or a replacement unit at no cost to you under standard freight service.

7. How to Initiate a Return

1. Submit a request to sales@turnkeyprostudios.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the unopened product.
2. If approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
3. Package the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back using a trackable courier service.
4. Once received, inspected, and verified at our facility, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10–15 business days (minus restocking and shipping fees).
