Order & Shipping Confirmation

Once an order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent. This means that Turnkey Pro Studios has received your order in our system. Once received, we immediately reach out to our suppliers to confirm that the ordered items are in stock and ready for shipment.

If any item is out of stock, on backorder, or otherwise unavailable, Turnkey Pro Studios will notify you promptly via email. Once your product(s) are confirmed and ready for transit, they will be shipped out.

Tracking & Cancellations

An email with your tracking information will be sent to you within 24 hours of your order being shipped. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days after the lead time posted on the product page, please contact our support team.

Delivery Terms

Once an order shows as "Delivered" to your shipping address according to the tracking information provided by the freight or shipping company, Turnkey Pro Studios is not responsible for any "nonreceivable" situations (such as theft or misplaced packages after delivery). No replacements or refunds will be issued for packages officially marked as delivered.

Placement & Shadows

How far from the screen should the AK700ST be mounted?

Thanks to its highly flexible short-throw lens with a 0.69 to 0.83 throw ratio and 1.2x optical zoom, you can place the projector safely behind the golfer’s swing path.

• To fill a standard 10-foot to 15-foot wide impact screen, the projector is typically positioned 10 to 13 feet away.
• This keeps the unit safely out of your swing zone while maximizing the screen size without losing image quality.

Will I cast a shadow onto the screen when I swing?

No. Because of the short-throw geometry, the AK700ST is positioned safely behind the player. As long as it is mounted at our recommended distance (roughly 1 to 3 feet behind the hitting area, with the golfer hitting 10 to 13 feet from the screen), your body and club will stay completely out of the light beam, keeping the screen shadow-free.

Setup & Screen Adjustment

What is "Auto Screen Fit" and how does it work?

"Auto Screen Fit" is BenQ's push-button automatic calibration feature. It uses an integrated camera to automatically detect your impact screen’s borders and perfectly scales the image to match standard aspect ratios like 16:9, 16:10, 4:3, or 1:1.

⚠️ Note: To use Auto Screen Fit, your impact screen must have a dark or black border of at least 2.5 inches (6 cm) for the camera to accurately register the screen edges.

Can I use the AK700ST with a curved impact screen?

Yes. The AK700ST supports built-in image warping (with grid matrices up to 24x15) specifically designed to wrap the projection seamlessly around curved enclosures.

• Please note: Once curved warping is enabled, advanced flat-screen features like Auto Screen Fit, Corner Fit, and Auto Keystone are disabled. You will need to make manual focus and positioning adjustments.

Brightness & Image Quality

Is 4,000 ANSI Lumens bright enough for a garage or room with the lights on?

Absolutely. Traditional projectors wash out unless you are in a pitch-black room. With 4,000 ANSI Lumens paired with a deep 3,000,000:1 contrast ratio, the AK700ST produces an incredibly bright, punchy image that holds its own in garages, well-lit basements, or environments with ambient overhead lighting. You won't need blackout curtains to see your ball flight.

What makes "Golf Mode" different from a standard projector's picture settings?

Standard home theater or office projectors tend to oversaturate colors, making virtual turf look muddy or neon-green. BenQ’s exclusive, custom-calibrated Golf Mode optimizes the color profile (utilizing 95% of the Rec. 709 color space) to accurately render natural turf textures, grass blades, and clear skies. It matches real-world golf courses perfectly, providing a massive boost in visual immersion.

Is the AK700ST durable enough for garage temperatures and dust?

Yes, it is built exactly for that. It features an IP5X-certified dustproof sealed engine. Because the optical engine is entirely sealed, dust, pollen, and debris cannot settle on the lens or laser—meaning you never have to replace filters, and it can operate reliably in harsh conditions ranging from 32°F to 104°F (0°C to 40°C).

Will my swings feel laggy? What is the input lag?

For golf simulator software, input lag matters, you want to see the ball take off the second it hits the screen. The AK700ST boasts incredibly fast response times:

At TurnKey Pro Studios, our electronic products, including Golf Launch Monitors, Projectors, and Computer Systems, are shipped factory-new, pre-tested, and in original packaging. To maintain our professional-tier pricing and ensure the highest standards of support, we adhere to the following comprehensive policy.

1. General Electronics Policy (Zero-Return & Shipping Damage)

Zero-Return Policy for Electronics

We only accept returns for electronic items that are documented as damaged during shipping. There are no exceptions to this policy. Once an electronic item is accepted from the carrier, the sale is final.

The 24-Hour Shipping Damage Rule

Every shipment is fully insured for your protection. We will facilitate a return or replacement only for items damaged in transit, provided the following conditions are met:

• Photographic Evidence: You must provide clear photos of both the damaged external packaging and the damaged product.

2. Projector Limited Warranty (Standard 3-Year Coverage)

If you purchased your projector through TurnKey Pro Studios, your unit is covered under our robust Limited Warranty program against defects in materials or workmanship under normal consumer use.

Standard Warranty Terms

• Projector Hardware: Fully covered for three (3) years from the original purchase date for parts and labor (does not include advance replacement).
• Pre-installed Lamps/Light Sources: Covered for 2,000 hours or one (1) year from the purchase date, whichever comes first.
• Replacement Lamps/Light Sources: Covered for 90 days or 500 hours from the purchase date, whichever comes first.
• Repaired or Replaced Parts: Covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period.

Dead On Arrival (DOA) Policy

If your projector is defective straight out of the box, it must be reported to us within thirty (30) days of purchase by emailing sales@turnkeyprostudios.com or calling 402-577-0167.

• An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be issued to process the replacement.
• We will replace the DOA unit with a brand-new replacement.
• We will cover all freight and shipping charges both ways.

RMA Shipping & Costs

• In-Warranty: If your projector requires repair and is within its warranty period, we cover all shipping costs (valid only in the US and Canada).
• Out-of-Warranty: If the unit is out of warranty, the customer is responsible for return shipping to our facility and all applicable repair costs. We will cover the return shipping costs back to the customer.

3. How to Obtain Projector Warranty Service

If your projector requires service, please follow this step-by-step process to ensure a smooth repair or replacement:

1. Initiate Your Claim: Contact our team at sales@turnkeyprostudios.com or call us at 402-577-0167. You can also reach our dedicated technical support line directly at 1-866-600-2367 (Hours: M-F 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM CST). Do not send any product back without prior authorization.
2. Phone Troubleshooting: Our technical support team will first attempt to resolve the issue over the phone.
3. RMA Issuance: If the issue cannot be resolved over the phone, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. RMA numbers are valid for thirty (30) days and will become void thereafter.
4. Secure Packaging: Return the product in its original shipping and packing materials. You must include:A detailed description of the symptoms or issues.Your original proof of purchase (showing the place and date of purchase).The RMA number clearly printed on the packing slip and on the exterior of the shipping box.
5. Service Timeline: We will make every effort to service and ship your product back within thirty (30) days of receiving it at our warehouse.

4. Non-Electronic Items (Enclosures & Mats)

For non-electronic hardware, including our Guardian™ Enclosures, Impact Screens, and Hitting Mats:

• Unopened Items: May be returned within 15 days of delivery.
• Restocking Fee: All approved non-electronic returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
• Shipping Costs: Original shipping and return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer and are completely non-refundable.

5. Warranty Exclusions & Limitations

Our limited warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:

• Normal wear and tear.
• Misuse, abuse, negligence, or use of the product outside of its normal intended operation.
• The use of unauthorized, third-party replacement parts.
• Any unauthorized modification or alteration of the hardware.
• Improper transportation, packing, or handling when returning the product.
• Improper installation of third-party products.
• Operation in an improper environment (including extreme temperatures, dust, or high humidity).
• Unusual physical or electrical stress, power fluctuations, surges, lightning, static electricity, fire, or acts of God.
• Any loss of custom settings, programming, or calibration data.
