Q: Can these panels be installed on both the walls and the ceiling?

A: Yes! Because our panels are incredibly lightweight and rigid, they are perfectly suited for both wall and ceiling applications. They will not sag or pull down under their own weight when properly installed on a ceiling.

Q: How do I choose between the 1/2" and 1" thickness?

Q: Do I need to build a wooden frame, or buy Z-clips and French cleats?

A: Not at all. One of the biggest advantages of our system is that no complicated framework or heavy hardware is required. The tiles are designed to install directly onto your flat, existing drywall, saving you massive amounts of time, labor, and money during setup.

Q: My room has specific dimensions. Can these tiles be cut to fit?

A: Absolutely. The synthetic material is incredibly easy to work with. You can cleanly trim panels to fit your exact wall width, flooring line, or around outlets using a standard hacksaw or jigsaw. If you need to custom-bevel a freshly cut edge to match the rest of your layout, you can easily do so using a pair of sharp scissors.

Q: What is the recommended way to mount them?

A: We support four distinct installation methods depending on your permanent or temporary needs:

1. #10 x 1" Black Truss Head Screws (Recommended for Ceilings & Ultimate Security): Fastens directly through the tile into drywall/studs. The black heads blend invisibly into our dark tiles.
2. Construction Adhesive: Ideal for a completely flush, permanent look with absolutely zero visible hardware.
3. Industrial Double-Sided Tape (e.g., 3M): A fast, heavy-duty, permanent solution. (Recommended for wall applications only).
4. Adhesive Velcro Dots or Tape: Perfect if your walls are clean and primed/painted. This allows you to micro-adjust panels during installation or easily swap out a tile in the future. (Recommended for wall applications only).

Durability & Maintenance

Q: Will the panels dent or break if hit by a driver shot at close range?

A: No. The synthetic material is structurally engineered for extreme energy attenuation. It deforms just enough to safely "kill" the ball's momentum and prevent dangerous ricochets, then instantly springs back to its original shape without cracking or leaving permanent deep dimple dents.

Q: What happens if a tile gets heavily soiled or somehow damaged over time?

A: Because our system is completely modular, you never have to replace an entire wall. You simply pop out or unscrew the single affected tile and drop a clean, identical replacement panel right into its place. If you used the Velcro installation method, this takes less than 30 seconds.

Returns of golf simulator products and accessories manufactured by TurnKey Pro Studios (including Guardian, Wedge, and InstaBay series) must be pre-approved, and the items must be received by our fulfillment center within 14 days of delivery to you. Please contact us for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before returning any item.

Our Guarantee: We guarantee that we will deliver what we promise, and we will always accept responsibility for production or manufacturing errors. However, due to the wide variety of installation methods, physical environments, and skill levels of our many customers, we cannot offer a warranty on our golf simulator screens, fabrics, bays, wall panels, nets, and systems. Most of our customers enjoy our products for many years, and we expect that you will too!

Condition of Returns: All returned items must include the original factory shipping materials, boxes, and accessories. All products, packaging, and accessories must be in 100% like-new condition, including the original packaging, or we will not accept the return.

Restocking & Shipping Fees: We charge a 25% restocking fee on all returned items and we do not refund the cost of shipping the items to you. This includes products listed with "Free Shipping": we will reduce all refunds by the actual cost of our outbound shipping. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Return Policy for Electronic Products

We only accept returns of electronic items that are damaged during shipping. There are no exceptions to this policy.

We fully insure every shipment for your protection and will accept returns on electronics that are damaged during shipping. All such damages must be documented with photographic evidence provided by you and must be requested within 24 hours of the delivery date. You are encouraged to reject any deliveries that show evidence of obvious damage (torn or badly dented boxes, for instance).

All of our electronic products; including but not limited to Launch Monitors, Projectors, Computer Systems, and Cameras; are factory new and shipped in their original factory boxes. These items are fully covered by their respective manufacturer's warranty and return policies. In the extremely rare event that a problem arises with one of these products after you have accepted the delivery, we will assist you with receiving warranty service directly from the original manufacturers.

Return Policy for Golf Simulation Software

Returns are not accepted for any Golf Simulation software product, including but not limited to Game Improvement Plans, The Golf Club Software, and Creative Golf 3D Software. There are no exceptions.
