- Restocking Fees & Outbound Shipping: All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. - Damage in Transit (24-Hour Notice Required):We fully insure every electronic shipment. Returns and refunds are strictly not accepted for digital software products, license keys, or unlock codes (including but not limited to Game Improvement subscriptions, The Golf Club / TGC 2019, Creative Golf 3D, and E6 Connect). Once a digital license is generated, it cannot be canceled or reassigned.
