Order & Shipping Confirmation

Once an order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent. This means that Turnkey Pro Studios has received your order in our system. Once received, we immediately reach out to our suppliers to confirm that the ordered items are in stock and ready for shipment.

If any item is out of stock, on backorder, or otherwise unavailable, Turnkey Pro Studios will notify you promptly via email. Once your product(s) are confirmed and ready for transit, they will be shipped out.

Tracking & Cancellations

An email with your tracking information will be sent to you within 24 hours of your order being shipped. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days after the lead time posted on the product page, please contact our support team.

Q: How quickly will my wall padding ship?

A: ImpactArmor™ panels are stocked and fulfilled from our domestic warehouse facility. Standard production and quality inspection lead times run 3–5 business days, with delivery typically taking 2–3 business days via standard ground shipping depending on your location.

Q: How much wall area does a single 12-pack cover?

A: Each modular panel measures approximately 20" × 20" (19.7" × 19.7" nominal), giving you roughly 32 to 33.3 square feet of coverage per 12-pack. For reference, an array configured 2 panels high by 6 panels wide spans approximately 9'10" wide by 3'3" tall. We recommend measuring your hitting bay perimeter and ordering additional packs to ensure complete coverage.   

Q: What comes in the box, and do I need extra hardware?

A: Every box includes 12 ImpactArmor™ foam wall tiles with industrial-grade Velcro pre-affixed to the back of each panel. Outer bay enclosures, impact screens, side netting, and custom structural frames are sold separately. Standard installation requires zero tools or mechanical fasteners.   

Q: How do the panels mount to the wall?

A: Mounting is completely tool-free thanks to the pre-applied heavy-duty hook-and-loop backing. The precision 90° right-angle borders allow each tile to align tight and flush edge-to-edge, creating a clean, seamless architectural wall finish.   

Q: Can I hit golf balls directly into these panels, or use them as a screen?

A: No. ImpactArmor™ tiles are engineered as secondary impact buffers designed to catch errant shanks, deaden ricochets, and protect perimeter drywall and ceilings. They are not projection surfaces and should never replace a primary golf impact screen.   

Q: Will these panels fit my current simulator enclosure?

A: Yes. The modular design integrates seamlessly with all major simulator brands, custom DIY pipe enclosures, commercial studio bays, or raw drywall and basement perimeter walls.   

Q: How do I maintain and clean the padding?

A: The outer protective layer is durable and moisture-resistant. For regular upkeep, simply wipe down the panel surface with a clean, damp microfiber cloth and mild soap.   

Q: Can I install these panels over concrete, brick, or uneven basement walls?

A: While ImpactArmor™ tiles include pre-attached industrial Velcro, mounting directly to raw concrete, masonry, or textured surfaces can compromise adhesive grip over time. For these spaces, we strongly recommend laying down our Felt Wall Covering for Golf Simulator (39.4 ft L × 3.9 ft W / 12 m × 1.2 m) first. Its commercial adhesive backing locks tightly onto demanding surfaces, creating a continuous loop-receptive wall. Once the felt roll is in place, your ImpactArmor™ tiles lock onto the wall via instant Velcro-to-felt contact in minutes—allowing for rapid alignment, easy repositioning, and a lifetime hold.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled at any time before the product ships for a prompt refund. Once an item has shipped, standard return policies apply.   

30-Day Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return or exchange window from delivery. All returns and exchanges require prior team approval, and the product must be completely unused, undamaged, and packed in its original packaging.   

• Mandatory Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): All returns must be pre-approved. Items returned without an active RMA number will be refused at our fulfillment dock.To initiate an RMA, email sales@turnkeyprostudios.com or text 402-577-0167 with your original order number and return request.

6-Month Hardware Warranty

Your enclosure includes a 6-month limited manufacturer warranty covering all structural materials, motor parts, and mechanical hardware against defects. Warranty coverage begins the day your order ships.
