The screen rolls onto a ceiling mounted roller tube. Press the remote and the motorized system lowers the screen to a pre set stopping point. Press it again and the screen rolls back up flush with the ceiling. There is no permanent structure, no manual assembly, and no visible hardware when the system is retracted.

The standard system is designed for a 10 foot ceiling. For ceilings taller than 10 feet, Turnkey Pro Studios provides a custom black extension piece to fill the gap above the screen opening. Yes. The Three Layer Premium Impact Screen is rated for real golf balls at speeds up to 250 mph, comfortably covering the full swing speed range for virtually every golfer.

1. Returns and Refunds

• 30-Day Return Window: You may return your item for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving it. After this period, items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Restocking Fees: Enclosures, built-in setups, retractable systems, and foam components are subject to a 15% restocking fee when returned. Turf is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Non-Returnable Items: Items that have been used are not eligible for return or exchange. Please ensure the product is in unused condition and in its original packaging before returning.
• All sales are final on ProTee items (no refunds or returns).
• Foam wedges and tiles are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

2. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, you may do so within the 30-day window, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. Please note that Retractable Screens are subject to a 15% Exchange Fee and must be in new, unused condition. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

3. Third-Party Products
For third-party products—including but not limited to launch monitors, projectors, 15ft rolls of turf, and Fiberbuilt mats—returns are subject to the policies of their respective manufacturers.

• Restocking Fees: Most third-party items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please contact us for specific manufacturer return terms before initiating a return.

4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as software, custom products (including special orders, custom cuts, or personalized items), and certain products from third-party manufacturers who do not accept returns. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

5. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

6. Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at sales@turnkeyprostudios.com with your order details. We will provide further instructions and the correct facility address to facilitate your return.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

7. Refund Processing
We will notify you once the facility has received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
