Q: How do I order, and how much padding do I need for my bay?

A: Simply select your width (8" or recommended 16") and foam core option on this page. For standard home or garage golf simulator bays, ordering two 25 ft packages will typically cover all frame and screen edges completely.

Return, Refund & Warranty Policy

14-Day Return Policy

• Conditions: Returns require pre-approval (RMA) and must be received within 14 days of delivery in 100% unused, like-new condition with original factory packaging.
• Fees: Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Outbound shipping costs and non-refundable credit card processing fees (~3.5%) will be deducted from the refund. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Wear-and-Tear Policy (No Extended Warranty)

• Defect-Free Guarantee: We guarantee your product arrives 100% free of manufacturing defects (stitching, Velcro, or core flaws out of the box). Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery prior to use.
• No Post-Use Warranty: Because PRO Guard™ padding functions as a frontline impact barrier engineered to absorb direct high-velocity ball strikes, it is classified as a wear-and-tear item and carries no warranty once installed or hit. Normal fabric scuffs and gradual surface wear are expected results of the product protecting your frame and room.

Cancellations & Custom Orders

• Standard Order Cancellation: Unshipped orders are subject to a 10% administrative fee (card processing fees are non-refundable).
• Custom Orders: Custom lengths or bespoke widths cannot be canceled once in production and are strictly non-returnable.
