Please contact us for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before returning any item.
Our Guarantee: We guarantee that we will deliver what we promise, and we will always accept responsibility for production or manufacturing errors. However, due to the wide variety of installation methods, physical environments, and skill levels of our many customers, we cannot offer a warranty on our golf simulator screens, fabrics, bays, wall panels, nets, and systems. Most of our customers enjoy our products for many years, and we expect that you will too!

These items are fully covered by their respective manufacturer's warranty and return policies.
