There are three main distinctions. First, the retraction mechanism: while the standard Vanish Series rolls up completely on all sides, the LITE features side curtains that slide along a track and pin back. Second, side enclosure depth: the Vanish Series offers 5ft, 10ft, and custom depths, whereas the LITE has a fixed 3ft depth. Third, warranty coverage: the Vanish Series includes a 2-year warranty, compared to 1 year for the LITE.

All LITE models require a ceiling height between 108” and 124” (9ft–10ft 4”) and a recommended overall room length of 180”. Required room depth depends on the specific model:

Yes—this is one of the LITE’s biggest advantages over the standard Vanish Series.

Because the Vanish LITE attaches to a single surface using just two mounting points, it installs directly onto a wall without requiring level ceiling joists or custom framing down from a vault. In comparison, the standard Vanish Series requires level mounting across two surfaces, which often means building extra ceiling support.

The Vanish LITE is semi-retractable: the main front screen rolls up overhead, while the side curtains slide along an aluminum track and pin back.

This policy applies exclusively to orders delivered within the Contiguous United States (Lower 48 States).

1. Limited Manufacturer Warranty Coverage

Turnkey Pro Studios backs all Vanish retractable systems with official manufacturer defect coverage against failures in materials and workmanship under normal indoor use.

• Vanish LITE Models: 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of delivery.
• Vanish Series & Parlour Series Enclosures: 2-Year Limited Warranty from the date of delivery.
• Impact Screens (Consumable Product): Impact screens carry a 2-Year Factory Defect Warranty. To support ongoing practice, registered customers qualify for an Impact Screen Loyalty Discount, offering 20% off MSRP on replacement screens needed due to normal wear and tear over time.
• DIY & Custom Components: Individual parted components carry a 60-Day Limited Warranty, provided they have not been modified or subjected to DIY alterations.

What You Need to File a Warranty Claim
If you experience a defect in material or workmanship during your warranty period, Submit a Claim Here or via email. To process your claim swiftly, please have the following ready:

• Proof of Purchase: Your original Turnkey Pro Studios Order Number and billing name.
• Photos & Video: Clear, high-resolution photos and a brief video showing the specific defect or issue.
• Product Details: The exact model name (e.g., Vanish LITE 10' or Vanish Pro Enclosure) and location of installation.

Warranty Limitations & Exclusions

• Indoor Use Only: Vanish Golf Studio enclosures are engineered strictly for indoor installations. Installing any Vanish system outdoors immediately voids all warranty coverage.
• Non-Warrantable Conditions: Minor transit indentations, light frame scratches, or fabric creasing from packaging are expected during transit. Creases naturally smooth out over time with gravity and use and do not affect structural performance.
• Misuse & Alterations: Coverage does not apply to damage caused by improper DIY installation, wall/ceiling mounting failures, unauthorized alterations, third-party parts, neglect, or commercial rental use.

2. Order Cancellations

• Standard Unshipped Orders: Orders canceled prior to shipment are subject to a 5% administrative fee to cover non-refundable payment processing charges.
• Custom & Built-to-Order Items: Custom-dimensioned Vanish enclosures, custom impact screens, or Depth Upgrade kits cannot be canceled once production or custom cutting has begun.
• Orders in Transit: Orders currently in transit cannot be canceled or refunded until delivered to the customer and returned via an authorized RMA.

3. Return & Refund Policy

Eligible standard items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to strict inspection criteria.

• Eligibility: Products must be 100% unused, uninstalled, never hit into, and in original factory packaging with all hardware, parts, and manuals intact.
• Restocking Fee: Approved returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee deducted from the item's purchase value.
• Freight & Shipping Charges: Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable. The customer is entirely responsible for all return freight charges and shipping costs back to our facility.
• Final Sale Items: Custom-sized Vanish systems, Depth Upgrades, DIY custom components, opened/registered electronics, and any turf or screens showing signs of use/impact are Final Sale and non-returnable.

4. Measurement & Room Fitment Disclaimer

The customer is responsible for verifying ceiling height, wall clearance, depth, and power access prior to ordering. Turnkey Pro Studios is not liable for fitment errors caused by incorrect room measurements. Returns requested due to fitment issues are treated as standard returns and are subject to the 35% restocking fee plus return freight costs.

5. Shipping & Transit Damage Claims

• Territory: We ship exclusively to physical street addresses within the Contiguous United States (Lower 48). We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
• Lead Times: Standard Vanish setups process in 2–3 business days. Custom dimensioned orders require 10–21 business days starting from the date measurements are confirmed.
• 48-Hour Damage Reporting: Inspect your shipment upon delivery. Any transit damage, missing parts, or factory defects must be reported to sales@turnkeyprostudios.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged outer box and affected parts.
• Resolution: Approved transit damage or defect claims will receive replacement parts or a replacement unit shipped via standard ground service at no additional charge.
