Minimum Room Dimensions for a Safe & Comfortable Swing:

Ceiling Height: 9 ft minimum recommended (8.5 ft can work for the 8'H bay with a flat/compact swing).

Room Width: 11 ft to 13 ft minimum (allows clearance around the enclosure for a full, uninhibited swing path).

Rear Wall Clearance: 12 inches (1 ft) required between the back wall and the enclosure for screen deflection and bounce-back absorption.

Room Depth: 14 ft to 16 ft total room depth (includes the 5 ft enclosure depth, 12" rear wall clearance, 7–9 ft tee-to-screen distance, plus backswing clearance behind the golfer).

Recommended Projector Specifications

• Projector Type: Short Throw Projector (Required)
• Required Throw Ratio: 0.49:1 to 0.65:1
• Optimal Mounting Distance: Up to 7.5 ft from the impact screen.

Why a Short Throw Projector is Required

• Full Screen Coverage: The OptiBay™ enclosure dimensions (up to 12'W x 9'H) and integrated Rail-Glide™ mount positioning require a short-throw projector to fill the entire screen within a compact distance of 7.5 ft or less.
• Shadow-Free Play: Positioned forward on the integrated Rail-Glide™ mount or frame so the golfer never casts a shadow on the screen during a swing.
• Swing Safety: Keeps the projector safely out of the player's backswing and ball-flight path.

Return Policy: OptiBay™ Enclosures & Accessories

• RMA & 30-Day Window: All returns for OptiBay™ enclosures, screens, and accessories manufactured by TurnKey Pro Studios must be pre-approved. Returned items must arrive at our fulfillment center within 30 days of delivery. Contact support to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to shipping.
• Manufacturing Guarantee: We stand behind our quality and take full responsibility for production or manufacturing defects. However, due to variable installation environments and usage conditions, we do not offer extended warranties on screens, fabrics, padding, or structural frames.
• Return Condition: Products, packaging, and accessories must be returned in 100% like-new condition using the original factory shipping materials and boxes.
• Restocking & Shipping Fees: A 25% restocking fee applies to all accepted returns. Outbound shipping costs (including orders with "Free Shipping") and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
