Order & Shipping Confirmation

Once an order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent. This means that Turnkey Pro Studios has received your order in our system. Once received, we immediately reach out to our suppliers to confirm that the ordered items are in stock and ready for shipment.

If any item is out of stock, on backorder, or otherwise unavailable, Turnkey Pro Studios will notify you promptly via email. Once your product(s) are confirmed and ready for transit, they will be shipped out.

Tracking & Cancellations

An email with your tracking information will be sent to you within 24 hours of your order being shipped. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days after the lead time posted on the product page, please contact our support team.

Does it work with GSPro, E6 Connect, and TGC 2019?

Yes. Dual HDMI 2.0 inputs connect directly to your gaming PC running GSPro, E6 Connect, TGC 2019, or FSX.

Optoma Factory Warranty

• Projector Hardware: Backed by Optoma’s 3-Year Limited Parts & Labor Warranty, covering optics, chassis, and internal hardware against manufacturing defects.
• Laser Light Source: Includes a 5-Year or 12,000-Hour Warranty on the laser light source (whichever comes first).
• Dedicated Studio Assistance: You never have to navigate claims alone. If a hardware issue arises, contact us directly and our team will facilitate warranty service with the manufacturer on your behalf.

Defective / DOA Support

• Claim Submission: If your projector arrives defective or experiences an initial hardware fault (DOA), contact our support team at sales@turnkeyprostudios.com to submit your claim.
• 30-Day Return Window: Once your claim is approved, you have a 30-day window to return the unit to the manufacturer.

Zero-Return & Final Sale Policy for Electronics

• Final Sale Upon Acceptance: To guarantee every customer receives factory-sealed, uncompromised gear, sales on electronic items (launch monitors, projectors, computers) are final once delivery is accepted from the carrier.
• No Returns for Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, preference changes, or improper room planning.
• Cancellations: Order cancellation requests must be submitted prior to shipping confirmation. Once shipped, standard final sale terms apply.

Shipping Damage Protection & 24-Hour Rule
