Order & Shipping Confirmation

Once an order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent. This means that Turnkey Pro Studios has received your order in our system. Once received, we immediately reach out to our suppliers to confirm that the ordered items are in stock and ready for shipment.

If any item is out of stock, on backorder, or otherwise unavailable, Turnkey Pro Studios will notify you promptly via email. Once your product(s) are confirmed and ready for transit, they will be shipped out.

Tracking & Cancellations

An email with your tracking information will be sent to you within 24 hours of your order being shipped. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days after the lead time posted on the product page, please contact our support team.

Your order ships complete with the TruGolf APOGEE overhead launch monitor (mounting bracket and cabling included), our flush-mount MegaStudio bay (premium 4K impact screen, safety netting, and integrated shade system), a 4,000-lumen BenQ LK830ST 4K UHD laser projector with a heavy-duty protective mount enclosure for floor or ceiling installation, a 25 ft HDMI cable, the Turnkey Pro-Turf™ Premium Dual-Stance Hitting Mat 4x9, complete structural framing hardware, and an official E6 Connect software license. Your room requires minimum dimensions of 18'W × 18'D × 9.5'H (10'–10.5' ceiling height recommended for full driver swings). While our MegaStudio bay footprint starts at 16'W × 9'H × 5'D, the 18 ft room width ensures safe, centered play for both left- and right-handed golfers. For precise tracking, the APOGEE mounts at a 9.5 ft minimum height, positioned 21 to 25 inches in front of the hitting tee.

There are no mandatory subscription fees required to operate the APOGEE launch monitor itself. Out of the box, your package includes a 1-Year E6 by TruGolf: ENJOY Subscription powered by E6 CONNECT, unlocking access to over 10,000+ virtual courses, practice ranges, bag mapping, club fitting, and skills challenges.   

After your initial year, renewing the ENJOY Subscription is optional to maintain access to the full course library, online events, and multiplayer play. Core driving range and practice functionality remain accessible, while select licensed premium courses (such as Pebble Beach® or Spyglass Hill®) and third-party platforms are purchased separately.

Yes. The MegaStudio bay is available in 16'W × 9'H or 18'W × 9'H, featuring a standard 5' depth or an optional extended depth up to 8' for full enclosure mode to maximize light control and side protection. Every package comes standard with our heavy-duty 3-layer 4K impact screen and the Turnkey Pro-Turf™ Dual-Stance Mat (4' × 9') for seamless left- and right-handed play.

A dedicated Windows PC is required to run the TruGolf APOGEE launch monitor and E6 CONNECT software (a computer is not included with the package).

The APOGEE is built natively for TruGolf's premier software ecosystem, integrating directly with E6 CONNECT and TruGolf's built-in practice and analysis suite. Any additional third-party software licenses or premium course expansions are licensed separately.

You can hit any standard golf ball you game on the course (Pro V1, TP5, Chrome Soft, etc.) with any club in your bag—no metallic stickers, reflective clubface dots, or specialty marked balls needed. At TurnKey Pro Studios, we outfit your space with factory-certified, commercial-grade simulator equipment. Every electronic component—including launch monitors, projectors, and computers—is shipped brand new in original manufacturer packaging and fully tested before dispatch.

1. Delivery Protection & Transit Damage

Every shipment leaving our facility is 100% fully insured against transit damage.

• Inspect on Arrival: Inspect all exterior boxes immediately upon delivery. If a box arrives severely crushed, torn, or punctured, reject the delivery on the spot with the carrier.
• Reporting Window: If damage is discovered after delivery, you must notify our team within 24 to 48 hours (and no later than 7 calendar days) by emailing sales@turnkeyprostudios.com with clear photos of both the damaged exterior packaging and the affected product.
• Missing or Discrepant Parts: Any shortage or missing hardware must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery.
• Resolution: Once verified, we will arrange an immediate carrier claim, pickup, and replacement at zero cost to you.

2. TruGolf APOGEE Launch Monitor Warranty

Your TruGolf APOGEE launch monitor is backed by official factory-level coverage:

• 2-Year Limited Hardware Warranty: Covers all defects in materials and workmanship for two (2) full years starting from the original shipment date.
• Original Purchaser Only: Warranty coverage is strictly non-transferable and applies exclusively to the original purchaser.
• Remedy: Defective hardware or original factory accessories will be repaired or replaced at no charge for parts and labor under normal intended use.
• Included Technical Support: Complimentary remote diagnostic and troubleshooting support via phone and internet is included for the duration of the 2-year warranty period.
• Out-of-Warranty Support: After the 2-year warranty period expires, annual telephone technical support is available for $150 per calendar year (or $300 per site for commercial/multi-simulator facilities).

3. BenQ 4K Laser Projector Warranty

All BenQ projectors sold by TurnKey Pro Studios carry BenQ’s official manufacturer warranty:

• 3-Year Hardware Coverage: Covers parts and labor for three (3) full years from the original purchase date.
• Laser Light Engine: Covered under the 3-Year / 10,000-Hour factory warranty (whichever comes first).
• 30-Day Dead-On-Arrival (DOA) Protection: If your projector has a factory defect straight out of the box, notify us within 30 days of purchase. We will issue an RMA, replace the unit with a brand-new projector, and cover all shipping costs both ways.

4. Studio Enclosures, Impact Screens & Hitting Mats

Because simulator enclosures endure direct, high-impact ball strikes, non-electronic items follow distinct guidelines:

Impact Screens & Wear Items (No Post-Use Warranty):

• Simulator impact screens, side netting, ceiling baffles, and hitting turf are consumable wear items.
• Because shot frequency, ball speed (120–180+ mph), spin rates, club grooves, and ball cleanliness vary drastically per user, there is no post-use warranty on impact screens, fabrics, nets, or turf once struck.
• We guarantee your screen and framing arrive 100% free of manufacturing defects or stitching flaws. Any material defect straight out of the box must be documented and reported within 7 days of delivery prior to regular use.

14-Day Return Window (Unopened Hardware Only):

• Eligibility: Non-electronic studio components (framing, unopened screens, unused mats) may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be 100% unused, unhit, and unopened in their original factory cartons with all packaging intact. Once an enclosure is erected or a screen/mat is struck with a ball, it cannot be returned.
• Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved non-electronic returns.
• Shipping Costs: Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable (orders that qualified for "Free Shipping" will have actual outbound freight costs deducted from the refund). Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

5. Return & Cancellation Terms for Electronics

• All Sales Final: Electronic sales (Launch Monitors, Projectors, PCs) are final once safely delivered and accepted. Electronics cannot be returned for remorse or opened refunds.
• Authorized Returns: If an exceptional written authorization is granted for an unopened electronic product once it has departed our warehouse, a 20% restocking fee (of retail value) will apply.

6. Warranty Exclusions

Our limited warranties ensure equipment integrity under normal operating conditions but do not cover:

• Cosmetic & Aging Damage: Scratches, dents, ball marks, finish fading, normal wear and tear, or natural aging.
• Accidental Impacts & Misuse: Direct golf ball or club strikes to unprotected launch monitor housings, lenses, sensors, or projector bodies.
• Consumables: Projection screens, turf fibers, hitting strips, and projector bulbs (unless failure is due to an out-of-the-box manufacturing defect).
• Unauthorized Modifications: Third-party hardware modifications, self-repairs, non-authorized servicing, or using non-approved power adapters.
• Environmental & Electrical Damage: Liquid exposure, outdoor weather exposure, extreme heat/cold (operating outside 32°F–104°F / 0°C–40°C), airborne garage dust without protection, lightning strikes, or electrical surges.
• Software: Third-party computer hardware, Windows operating system issues, viruses, or custom calibration loss.

7. How to Obtain Service & RMA Instructions

No returns or repairs will be accepted without prior written authorization.

1. Contact Support: Email sales@turnkeyprostudios.com or call 402-577-0167 to initiate a service ticket. Please have your original proof of purchase ready.
2. Remote Diagnostics: Our technical team will walk you through phone/remote troubleshooting to verify the hardware issue.
3. RMA Issuance: If repair or return is necessary, an official Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued (valid for 30 days).
4. Repair Shipping Costs:Within 30 Days of Shipment: TurnKey Pro Studios covers shipping both ways for verified defects.After 30 Days from Shipment Date: The customer is responsible for shipping costs to send the unit in for repair. Repaired units are returned via standard ground shipping.
5. Packing Requirements: Pack the product in its original shipping materials with all original accessories. Write the RMA number clearly on the exterior box. Packages sent C.O.D. or without an authorized RMA number will be refused.
