Order & Confirmation Process

1. Order Received: As soon as you place your order, an automated confirmation email will be sent confirming that Turnkey Pro Studios has received your order.
2. Supplier Verification: Our team immediately processes your order with our supplier to confirm and prepare your APOGEE unit for transit.
3. Shipment Dispatch: Once your launch monitor is verified and ready for transit, it will be dispatched directly to your address.

Tracking & Support

• Tracking Confirmation: An email with your tracking information will be sent to you within 24 hours of your order being shipped.

Warranty Coverage & Term

• 2-Year Limited Warranty: Covers defects in materials and workmanship for two (2) years starting from the shipment date.
• Original Purchaser: Coverage extends strictly to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
• Remedy: Defective hardware or original accessories will be repaired or replaced at no charge for parts under normal use.

Warranty Exclusions

• Consumable Wear Items: Projection screens, hitting mats, and projector bulbs are excluded unless failure occurred due to a material/workmanship defect.
• Cosmetic & Aging Damage: Scratches, dents, ball marks, normal wear and tear, and natural aging are not covered.
• Accidental & Unauthorized Damage: Excludes damage caused by accidents, liquid contact, fire, misuse, operating outside guidelines, unauthorized modifications, or non-authorized servicing.
• Software & Third-Party Hardware: Does not cover third-party hardware, software programs, viruses, or software-related issues.

Returns, Refunds & Restocking Fees

• All Sales Final: All sales are final. Returns are not accepted without prior written authorization.
• Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee (of the retail price) applies to returned products once they leave the warehouse facility.
• Shortage / Discrepancy Claims: Claims for shortages or missing/discrepant parts must be reported within 7 calendar days after installation.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) & Repairs

• RMA Requirement: Before returning a defective product for service or repair, you must obtain an RMA number by contacting customer support at 402-577-0167 or emailing sales@turnkeyprostudios.com.
• RMA Expiration: Issued RMA numbers remain valid for 30 days.
• Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on items returned for repair after 30 days from the original shipment date.
• Packaging Instructions: The RMA number must be written clearly on the outside of the package along with proof of purchase and a written description of the issue. Packages sent C.O.D. or without an RMA number will not be accepted.

• In-Warranty Support: Free remote support via phone or internet is provided while your unit is under warranty.
