If canceled after 24 hours, a $250 cancellation fee is deducted from the purchase price, and the remaining balance is applied as a store credit. Vanish Retractable Enclosure Warranty

• Coverage Period: The Vanish Series golf enclosure includes a 2-year limited manufacturer defect warranty for the original purchaser (1-year coverage for Vanish LITE models). Proof of purchase and photos of the defect are required.
• Impact Screen Policy: Impact screens carry a 2-year manufacturer defect warranty. They are also eligible for the Impact Screen Wear and Tear Loyalty Warranty, offering 20% off MSRP for wear-and-tear replacements (requires product registration).
• Indoor Use Only: The Vanish Golf Studio is strictly designed for indoor installation. Mounting or using the unit outdoors completely voids the warranty.
• Key Exclusions: Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, transit-related cosmetic creases/scratches, improper installation, unauthorized alterations, commercial/rental use, or incorrect room measurements.

Returns & Refund Policy

• 30-Day Return Window: Unused Vanish systems in their original, undamaged packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
• Restocking & Admin Fees: Approved returns incur a 35% restocking fee. Order cancellations made prior to shipping incur a 5% administrative fee.
• Non-Refundable Costs: Original shipping fees, return freight, customs, duties, and tariffs are non-refundable and paid by the customer.
• Final Sale Items: Custom Vanish configurations (including Depth Upgrades) and used golf studio products are final sale and non-returnable.
